- 5 / 5By Sally NorrisWhen my last order was delivered some of the elements of my meal were forgotten, the company recognised their error before I even called them and a note was put on the system for me to receive the same meal for free as part of my next order. I didn't post before as I wanted to see if this would be honored and sure enough when I called through to place my order about 6 weeks later the note was there waiting and THEY reminded ME that I was to receive this dish for free!! Excellent service and delicious food :) thank you lucky house!!July 09, 2016
